Young people on scooters—or young people, period—are in danger in China. Not from accidents but from “accidents” that seem to involve deliberate targeting.
The “ambulances” arrive way too quickly, even instantly, as if they had been nearby, waiting (Vision Times, January 21, 2025).
On Jan. 21, 2026, social media platforms in China and overseas were flooded with a surveillance video from Changfeng Avenue in Qiaokou District, Wuhan. The footage shows a sedan suddenly veering into and striking a fast-moving electric scooter ridden by a young man beneath an overpass.
What shocked viewers was not only the collision itself, but what happened next: almost simultaneously with the impact, an ambulance bearing the words “Wuhan Emergency Medical Center” appeared from behind the sedan, sirens blaring, and stopped at the scene to provide “rescue.”
The timing appeared uncanny. Online commenters immediately asked: Was this ambulance dispatched specifically for this accident? Or was it already waiting?
Comments on the video: “Was the victim pre-selected? This is terrifying.”
“Two seconds to arrive—who would believe this?” “Wuhan has long been the city with the most missing college students. This looks like a complete ‘kidney harvesting’ pipeline.” “This is targeted killing via surveillance networks.” “Industrialized organ harvesting—an entire one-stop chain.”
Around the same time, video emerged of the same thing happening in Chengdu: a sedan striking a person on a scooter, an ambulance showing up almost instantly to take the injured person away—to what fate?
Netizens quickly questioned whether the vehicle was even a legitimate ambulance. Locals noted that official Chengdu ambulances carry QR codes on the rear side panels and clearly display hospital names—features absent from the vehicle in the video.
Commenters from Sichuan, Hubei, and Henan alleged seeing similar “ambulances” with out-of-province license plates parked in alleyways near Shuangliu Airport. Some warned: “Be careful—cars deliberately hit people who have already been tissue-typed and registered. The ambulance arrives immediately. Once you’re on board, you ‘disappear’ or are declared brain-dead.”
People News Today reports that in the first days of 2026, “several middle school students aged 13 to 15 in Henan mysteriously vanished while on their way to school, after school, or in public places. These disappearances have occurred in a concentrated timeframe, in relatively close proximity, and with a high overlap in age.”
In the aftermath of the death of a high school boy in Xincai County, the local government has not only failed to take action but has instead engaged in counterproductive measures, actively suppressing public opinion and stifling the voices of citizens calling for a thorough investigation into the truth. They have even gone so far as to close highways. Currently, some members of the public suspect that the case may be linked to organ transplantation, suggesting that it is being orchestrated by the authorities. Even if it is not directly led by them, it is at least being shielded by the government. Otherwise, the local authorities would not behave in this manner.
Wang Zhiyuan, the head of the World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, recently stated in an exclusive interview with China Insight that incidents like this in Henan could be connected to the long-standing organ harvesting crimes perpetrated by the Chinese Communist Party. ‘It is reasonable for the public to associate such incidents with organ harvesting,’ he emphasised, noting that this practice has expanded from targeting Falun Gong practitioners to affecting society as a whole. He urged the public to remain vigilant and work together to stop this crime against humanity.
If Chinese who had thought they were immune to whatever was being done to Uyghurs and devotees of Falun Gong and Tibetans are now starting to believe that forced organ harvesting may easily happen to them or anybody they know who is young and healthy—this makes the CCP’s systematic murdering of people for their organs harder to ignore.
How effectively can the censorship and damage-control regimes kick into gear when the public notices these things? Judging by the reports that have come to light, the ability of the regime to squelch knowledge and discussion of the killings and abductions is imperfect. But we don’t know how many similar incidents, possibly better covered up, have occurred.
