The People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Iran collaborate on military things. They also collaborate when it comes to facilitating anti-capitalist, anti-American protests in the streets of America. Cuba is another member of the team. Details come to us courtesy of the Network Contagion Research Institute (Washington Examiner, October 20, 2026).
Evidence is growing that the tyrannical regimes of China, Iran, and Cuba are not only financing protests in American streets, but actively directing them.
The Network Contagion Research Institute, whose work in these areas has been indispensable for years, recently published another groundbreaking study that blows the lid off how this foreign network operates.
The report indicates that an Iranian influence node that takes orders from the Islamic Republic regime, the House of Latin America, conducts what NCRI calls “high-impact domestic U.S. influence operations.”
“For nearly two decades,” NCRI says, HOLA “has functioned as a primary bridge between the Iranian regime, Latin American socialist governments, and U.S. anti-war coalitions, with its American-based operatives acting as undeclared agents of a foreign government on U.S. soil.”…
HOLA, it says, “has now formally merged with Neville Roy Singham’s Chinese Communist Party-linked Tricontinental network to form a unified Iran-China operation targeting the United States from the south.”….
The merging of China, Iran, and Cuba into a single machine influence operation takes things to a different level. The key link here is between HOLA and Tricontinental’s boss, Vijay Prashad, an Indian communist academic with close ties to Cuba’s regime, whose Politburo he met with this year, and a close friend of Singham’s.
One of Prashad’s contacts in HOLA is Ali Abutalebi, the former digital communications director for former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, whose two terms in office in 2005-13 were one of the most radical of the Islamic Republic….
Another key figure in the growing relationship between HOLA and the Chinese-influenced Singham network is HOLA founder Abdolhamid Shahrabi, which the NCRI describes as “one of the Iranian regime’s most important influence operators in Latin America.”
Hacked records of Press TV, an English-language propaganda outlet for Iran, show that Press TV and “key American partners of Shahrabi” have been in frequent contact prior to U.S. protests.
As the NCRI report itself, “The Dissent Factory,” points out, these foreign-agitator partners of U.S. agitators aren’t creating U.S. protests out of whole cloth. We’ve got plenty of enemies of civilization right here in the United States.
The “factory” of the title refers to operations that present “foreign-state-aligned activity as independent civic expression. Its output need not be wholly fabricated: real grievances and sincere participants can serve an operation whose sponsors, relationships, and finances remain obscured. The term describes that misrepresentation, not dissent itself.”

“For at least fifteen years, [U.S. anti-capitalist protest organizer Sara Flounders] has repeatedly coordinated with the Iran-based activists at HOLA to facilitate pro-regime, anti-American protests, webinars, and joint initiatives. What is often portrayed as sincere, homegrown American opposition to U.S. policy is, in these cases, the product of strategic organizing carried out in conjunction with activists from inside the Islamic Republic.”
