Forced organ harvesting, which typically involves killing a young and healthy “donor,” is one of the particularly sickening categories of CCP evil.
In 2017, a hospital in the Jilin Province of China had a promotion: the first ten children showing up in need of a liver transplant would be given one for free. The story is still relevant because what it shows is still true: it’s very easy to get an organ transplant in the People’s Republic of China (Vision Times, November 11, 2025).
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong phoned the hospital and was able to confirm the availability of donor organs and a short wait time, suggesting an unusually large “surplus” of organs.
A 2017 Chinese-language report stated that Jilin Tourism Radio, together with the Liver Transplant Center of Jilin University First Hospital, launched the “Sweetheart Child” Liver Transplant Assistance Program. The initiative offered 10 free liver transplant spots for children, covering all in-hospital medical and surgical expenses, though post-discharge follow-up and medication were not included….
Director of Pediatric Surgery Zhang Haiyu reportedly told investigators that the first 10 transplants would be free, adding that the wait time “would not be too long.” Zhang also revealed that the hospital performs over 200 adult liver transplants annually and was now extending the service to children….
WOIPFG’s 2023 investigation further found that children’s organs had commonly been used for adult transplants in various mainland Chinese hospitals.
On March 21, 2023, Associate Chief Physician and outpatient expert Feng Gang at the Transplant Center of Tianjin First Central Hospital replied to WOIPFG on the phone “Yes! We can [provide children’s organs for adult transplants].” When the investigator then asked: “How old are the children whose organs you use?” Feng Gang answered: “We have all ages, from a few months old to several years old.”
In 2005, the CCP reportedly launched a 981 Leaders Health Project aimed at extending the lifespan of CCP leaders to 150 years that would make use of especially youthful organs, deemed especially valuable for this purpose. One hundred fifty is the number of years mentioned in a hot-mike exchange between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin, or between their respective interpreters, when they met to witness a military parade held in Beijing last September.
Xi’s interpreter: “In the past, it used to be rare for someone to be older than 70 and these days they say that at 70 one’s still a child.”
Putin’s interpreter: “With the development of biotechnology, human organs can be continuously transplanted, and people can live younger and younger, and even achieve immortality.”
Xi’s interpreter: “Predictions are, this century, there’s a chance of also living to 150.”
Among those who have been targeted for forced organ harvesting are Uyghurs and practitioners of Falun Gong.

“These individual conclusions, when combined, led to the unavoidable final conclusion that forced organ harvesting has been committed for years throughout China on a significant scale and that Falun Gong practitioners have been one—and probably the main—source of organ supply. The concerted persecution and medical testing of the Uyghurs is more recent….”

“In the United States, where some district attorneys will not charge even violent perps, it is hard to imagine an American doctor being charged for training a dodgy foreigner. Meanwhile, the huge demand for organs encourages a corrupt regime to satisfy that demand.”
